It can accommodate 10 people with an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (two with double bed, two with two single beds each and one with a bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a satellite TV, a high chair (on request) and a cot. On several private terraces (a roof terrace, a terrace on the 1st floor and another on the ground floor), which invite you to sunbathe, eat al-fresco or relax, and in the communal outdoor area with 2 communal pools (one a children's pool) and a barbecue you can enjoy your holidays. The nearest beach is just a few minutes’ drive away and there are supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance.

Located in Cala D'or, the villa Hector offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 153 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a pool, garden, balcony, and barbecue. The accommodation boasts a perfect location within walking distance to Cala Ferrera beach. A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The use of the air conditioning is free of charge from 9 pm to 7 am, and from 2 pm to 4 pm.
